• 2 oz Irish Whiskey
• 1 tsp Sugar (optional)
• Fill with hot Black Coffee
• Top with Whipped Cream
• Dribble 5-6 drops Green Creme de Menthe on top

• 2 oz Irish Whiskey
• 1 oz Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
• 1 tsp Sugar (optional)
• Fill with hot Black Coffee
• Top with Whipped Cream
• Dribble 5-6 drops Green Creme de Menthe on top

Baileys and Coffee

• 2 oz Irish Cream
• Fill with hot Black Coffee
• Top with Whipped Cream

Brazilian Coffee

• 3/4 oz Coffee Liqueur
• 3/4 oz Brandy
• 3/4 oz Orange Liqueur
• Fill with hot Black Coffee
• Top with Whipped Cream
• Sprinkle Brown Sugar on top

Sicilian Coffee

• 1 oz Southern Comfort
• 1 oz Amaretto
• Fill with hot Black Coffee
• Top with Whipped Cream
• Sprinkle with Shaved Almonds

Hot Scotch

• 1 oz Scotch
• 1/4 oz Drambuie
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1/2 tsp Sugar
• 2 oz hot Water
• Stir
• Garnish with Lemon
