Frozen Margarita

  • In a blender:
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 1/2 oz Tequila
  • 1/2 oz Triple Sec
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • 3 oz Sour Mix
  • Blend until smooth
  • Rub rim of glass with lime and dip into kosher salt
  • Pour contents into salted glass
 

Mango Margarita

  • In a blender:
  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • 1 1/2 oz Tequila
  • 1/2 oz Orange Liqueur
  • 1/2 cup mango puree
  • Dash Lime Juice
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour contents into chilled glass
 

Melon Margarita

  • In a blender:
  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • 1 1/2 oz Tequila
  • 1/2 oz Melon Liqueur
  • 1/2 cup fresh melon
  • Dash Lime Juice
  • Blend until smooth
  • Garnish with Lime and Melon
  • Pour contents into chilled glass

Banana Daiquiri

  • In a blender:
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 1/2 oz Rum
  • 1/2 oz Banana Liqueur
  • Dash of lime juice
  • 1 whole peeled ripe banana
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour contents into chilled glass
  • Garnish with banana
 

Strawberry Daiquiri

  • In a blender:
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 1/2 oz Rum
  • 1/2 oz Strawberry Liqueur
  • Dash of lime juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen Strawberries
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour contents into chilled glass
  • Garnish with strawberry
 

Raspberry Daiquiri

  • In a blender:
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 1/2 oz Rum
  • 3/4 oz Raspberry Liqueur
  • Dash of lime juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen Raspberries
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour contents into chilled glass
  • Garnish with lime

Pina Colada

  • In a blender:
  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
  • 2 tbsp Cream of Coconut
  • 1/2 cup fresh or canned Pineapple
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Ice Cream (optional)
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour contents into chilled glass
  • Garnish with Pineapple and Cherry
 

Mudslide

  • In a blender:
  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • 1 oz Coffee Liqueur (Kahlua)
  • 1 oz Irish Cream
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour contents into chilled glass
  • Sprinkle with Chocolate Shavings
 

Cookies and Cream

  • In a blender:
  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 3/4 oz Dark Creme de Cacao
  • 2 Oreo cookies
  • Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour contents into chilled glass
  • Garnish with crushed Oreo pieces

Grasshopper

  • In a blender:
  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • 1 oz White Creme de Cacao
  • 1 oz Green Creme de Menthe
  • Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour contents into chilled glass
